1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fortune Tech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and business partners who access or use our services.

2. Business Services

Fortune Tech provides manufacturing services for automotive air conditioning components, including but not limited to:

• CNC precision machining of aluminum alloy components
• Pressure plates and receiver driers
• Custom manufacturing to client specifications
• OEM/ODM services for automotive industry clients

3. Quotations and Orders

3.1 Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, specifications, and order quantities.

3.2 Minimum Order Quantities: MOQ requirements vary by product and will be specified in individual quotations.

3.3 Order Confirmation: Orders are not binding until confirmed in writing by Fortune Tech with a formal order confirmation or proforma invoice.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for new customers:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment (T/T)
• Alternative payment arrangements available for established customers
• Letters of Credit (L/C) accepted for large orders

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Lead Times: Production lead times are typically 2-4 weeks depending on order complexity and quantity. Exact delivery dates will be confirmed upon order placement.

5.2 Shipping Terms: FOB Jiangyin/Shanghai is our standard shipping term. Other Incoterms (CIF, DDP, etc.) are available upon request.

6. Quality Assurance

All products are manufactured in accordance with our IATF16949:2016 quality management system. We provide full inspection reports and certifications as required. Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects; claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and technical specifications provided by clients remain their intellectual property. Fortune Tech agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and use such information solely for fulfilling orders. Our proprietary designs and processes remain the exclusive property of Fortune Tech.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fortune Tech's liability is limited to the value of the defective products or services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or production delays, except where required by applicable law.

9. Force Majeure

Fortune Tech shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.

11. Modifications

Fortune Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
